Our operations and primary legal framework are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Customers outside Kenya are responsible for using DukaTrack in line with their local laws.

References to DukaTrack, Duka Track, we, us, or our mean Duka Track Softwares Limited and, where appropriate, its products, services, teams, contractors, and authorized representatives.
DukaTrack, Duka Track, DukaPOS, DukaStore, DukaAI, Kodiloop, logos, product names, designs, copy, software, source code, platform workflows, documentation, images, marketing materials, and user interfaces are owned by Duka Track Softwares Limited or licensed to us.
You may not copy, imitate, modify, scrape, resell, frame, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, or misuse our intellectual property without written permission. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
DukaTrack helps organize business operations and records. The platform does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, financial, employment, regulatory, or professional advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and consulting qualified professionals where needed.
We aim to operate responsibly under applicable Kenyan law and widely accepted international technology, privacy, and security principles where relevant. Laws and regulatory expectations may change, and our platform may be updated to reflect those changes.

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, DukaTrack legal matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes should first be handled through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes may proceed under the dispute process described in our Terms of Service or applicable written agreement.
